Here is a work in progress titled "Salcia" for the Roman goddess of saltwater. I have registered this for ArtPrize and his currently installed at Water Colors Aquarium Gallery.
The finished piece is 4’ x 6’
This piece is a good example of where I can get into issues with how small I make the shapes that build up the overall image - so many paths can start to bog down my iPad Pro - I can make several layers to toggle on and off to help alleviate the memory required for rendering the image but at a certain point the file can get to large regardless of layers and for this one I even have a second file that has the remaining color missing from this version- I will then import both files into Illustrator and then create the final version.
